Objectives

The objective of this work package is to ensure the overall management of the project according to the Agile methodology of the project. This WorkPackage will also aim to co-ordinate the evaluation and quality assessment of the project, the preparation of the exploitation plan and the dissemination of the results.

The main action lines will be as follows:

• To ensure adherence to the project methodology

• To define lines of communication at each working level of the project.

• To monitor progress and to communicate this progress to the partners.

• To ensure that the project makes an efficient use of its resources.

• To ensure timely release of the deliverables.

• To ensure technical high quality and accuracy of the deliverables.

• To ensure a continuous quality assessment during the execution of the project

• To inform and instruct the partners about expectations and associated activities in handling the project.

PLM for BioMedical Imaging

Objectives

The objective of the WP2 is to design and implement scientific PLM-oriented practices, modeling approach and lifecycle processes for a usage in BioMedical imaging, where the GIN laboratory neuro-functional imaging dataset will serve as testbed and be used for the different scientific and technical use cases. The provided scientific and technical infrastructure will have to :

• Manage heterogeneous data: imagery data, demographic data, non-imagery tests data, genetics and bibliographical data

• Enable the sharing and reuse of end-users’ data, with adequate confidentiality privileges management

• Enable advanced querying and mining of acquired processed and stored data

• Support data quality assessment, processing and analyses workflows

• Guarantee flexibility and scalability

Objectives

The main objective is to provide visualization and comparison tools for the large amount of data that will be managed by the Biomist infrastructure. Graph representation for these data will be used by two aspects of the Biomist project: to represent semantic relationships between the various concepts and objects of interests represented by BMI data and more specifically for brain connectivity graphs.

Objectives

The objective is to develop and validate techniques that aims to promote knowledge oriented data reuse in the scope of the research activities of biomedical end-users in order to enhance their scientific productivity.

The objective of this work package is to define the use cases (user stories) that will be the requirements/features lists for the project.  WP5 is responsible for the integration and test of the result of each sprint of the project. Objectives

The objectives will be to ensure the scientific valorization and the communication of the project.  Four mains action will be achieved:

  • The publication in journals and conference in France and in the world
  • The presentation in exhibitions s for academics (the communities of research) and companies
  • The communication of the project through the creation and the updating of a site web.
  • The industrial valorization dedicated to companies working on biomedical domain.
